Football players should be present to be fitted for helmet, game jersey, and game pants. The following items are required before your child can participate in practices or games:
Medical release (physical can be 2008 or 2009, signature must be 2009)
2009 end of year report card (2 copies)
Mandatory raffle tickets will be handed out at this time. Please make sure you see Fund Raising Coordinator, Anita Chaput, before leaving.
We are also still accepting registrations for anyone interested in signing up for football or cheerleading for the 2009 season.

Silver Level with a total GPA of 93% to 95%
Bronze Level with a total GPA of 90% to 92%
Each participant also needs to demonstrate an involvement with community service, volunteerism or clubs and organizations. Each recipient receives a certificate that acknowledges the participant's accomplishments.
