Registration dates for the 2011 season:
Monday April 4th from 6:00-7:00 at New Boston Central School
Monday April 11th from 6:00-7:30 at Dunbarton Elementary
Monday May 16th from 6:00-7:00 at Goffstown High School senior cafe
Wednesday June 8th from 6:00-6:30 at Goffstown Parks and Recreation
Saturday June 11th all day at Villa baseball fields on Mast Rd
These sign ups are open to all new and returning participants. Our football and cheer participants can be as young as 5 years old (as of December 31, 2011). We accept players up to and including 8th grade. Our draw area includes Goffstown, New Boston, Dunbarton, Weare, and students at Villa Augustina.
Registration is $175 for one participant or $250 for a family. A single flag football player is $100.00. A flag football player with one sibling is $225. A minimum of $100 is required at registration. If you are registering a new participant, please bring a copy of their birth certificate.
New this season, you must first register your child online with NHYFSC before arriving to registration. If possible, please register online at least 1 day prior to the registration date to allow time for us to print your information. Note that you do not need to print anything during the registration; but you are welcome to do so if you wish. Please follow these instructions for the online registration:
- go to the NHYFSC web site http://www.nhyfsc.org/
- select "Register Online" on the left side
- scroll down to the "Goffstown Screamin Eagles" box and select "Begin Registration"
- select "Continue"
- enter your email address and select "Submit" (do not fill in a password yet)
- wait for your password to be sent to your email address
- follow the same steps as above; but enter your password
- follow the directions provided to register your child
- if you have more than one child, it will prompt you to register additional children
You will receive an email message for each child registered. If you don't receive that email, try again.
No coaches for the 2011 season have been selected yet. Jeff Buffum will be nominating all football coaches and Mel Roussel will be nominating all cheer coaches. If you are interested in coaching, please come to registration and fill out a coaching application. We train coaches, so no experience is required. Each team has a head coach and a fair number of assistant coaches. All nominations are approved by the GYFA Board.
